Personal Bio: Dan was raised in a family-owned construction company, which has constructed over 1,000 commercial/industrial projects throughout the southwest. Dan spent four years in the US NAVY SeaBees (Construction Battalion) before attaining his Bachelor of Science degree in corporate finance at Arizona State University. Dan has completed over 300 real estate transactions, including leasing, building sales, land sales, build to suits and investment sales.
